Professional Catering
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Little Naples Catering information and enquiry services (“Catering”). By accessing our catering page and submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Catering page.
2.1 By submitting an enquiry form, you are requesting that we contact you to discuss your catering needs.
2.2 Submission of the form does not guarantee order acceptance or availability.
2.3 Orders will only be confirmed once both parties have agreed on details including date, time, menu items, pricing, and any other relevant arrangements.
3.1 As orders are confirmed offline, cancellation and refund terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
3.2 Any agreed cancellations or refunds will be handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.
3.3 You may cancel the event up to 3 weeks before the event date without losing your deposit.
3.4 If the event is cancelled within 14 days, 25% of the total event cost is payable.
3.5 If the event is cancelled within 7 days, the full event cost must be paid.
4.1 Nutritional and allergen details (where applicable) are provided for general information and may be subject to change.
4.2 While all reasonable care is taken, cross-contact with allergens, gluten, meat, and/or dairy may occur.
4.3 If you have dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us before your order is confirmed so we can advise accordingly.
5.1 Delivery and/or collection details will be agreed upon during the booking process.
5.2 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is present to receive the order at the agreed time.
5.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or third-party courier delays.
5.4 Services are available throughout Victoria, Australia.
6.1 We may update our terms, menus, or prices at any time without notice.
6.2 All offers or promotions are subject to their own terms and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
6.3 Delivery areas and fees may vary and will be confirmed before booking.
7.1 All content on this page, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Little Naples Catering and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Naples Catering will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from your use of this page or services, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Personal information submitted via the Catering enquiry form will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Once we start cooking and serving, our service runs continuously — no breaks or pauses. For example, if your event is scheduled to start at 6:00 PM, we will begin at that time and continue serving until all guests are satisfied and full.
We remain at your venue only for the duration of the cooking and serving period. As soon as we see that guests have finished eating, we will begin to pack up — and we will always inform you before doing so.
If you require a service that pauses and restarts at different times, please let us know in advance so we can adjust the pricing accordingly.
If we are asked to start 30 minutes later than the agreed time, an additional charge may apply.
To help us prepare properly, please provide a short video showing:
– Where we should enter the property
– Where you’d like us to set up
– Where you’d like the food to be placed
If a video is not provided, we cannot take responsibility for any issues on the day regarding setup, access, or layout. We also need to assess the distance between the cooking area and the buffet table — if the distance is too long, a waiter will be required to assist with food delivery, and an extra charge will apply.
13.1 If the weather does not allow us to cook outdoors, you must provide a covered and safe area where we can operate properly.
13.2 Little Naples is not responsible for weather-related issues, delays, or any changes to the setup caused by weather.
13.3 If you prefer to cancel due to weather, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
13.4 We will always do our best to work with you and make everything happen, but please keep in mind that weather conditions may limit what we are able to provide.
14.1 We require access to electricity for our equipment.
14.2 Please make sure:
– There is a power outlet close to our setup area,
– Or you provide an extension cord if the outlet is further away,
– We do not supply extension cords, and access to power is your responsibility.
14.3 Little Naples cannot be held responsible for lack of power or inaccessible outlets.
14.4 If your venue cannot supply electricity and you need us to be fully self-sufficient, please let us know in advance by clearly marking it on your event form.
