Please complete your event form in full with all agreed details at least 15 days before your event date. We manage multiple events daily, so missing or incomplete information can cause issues — and we can’t take responsibility for details not provided in time.
Please be very specific about any food allergies and the exact number of guests attending. This helps our team plan correctly and ensures everyone enjoys a safe and exceptional experience.
If you need to make updates, simply send us an updated event form with the new details. Changes can be made up to 2 weeks before the event. After that, please contact your event organiser directly.
We offer two payment options:
1. Invoice – Please settle your invoice at least 5 days before your event.
2. Cash – If paying in cash, the full amount must be paid on the day of the event before service begins.
Our team arrives approximately 1 hour before your event to set up and prepare everything. This ensures we’re ready to start serving right when your event begins.
If you won’t be home during our arrival, please send us a short video showing:
1. Where to collect or find the key to enter the property
2. Where the electric box is located (in case we need to restore power)
This helps us set up smoothly and avoid any delays on the day.
We supply all cutlery, which is good-quality disposable. If you prefer ceramic cutlery, please let us know in advance so we can adjust the pricing accordingly.
You can also choose the colour of the tablecloths, and we will provide all tablecloths for our setup only. If you require additional tablecloths for your own setup, an extra charge may apply.
Our service is buffet-style by design. If you prefer a different service style, we can provide waiters — additional charges will apply. The number of waiters is determined by our team based on your guest count, ensuring your event is properly staffed and runs smoothly.
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can review availability and discuss options.

You’re welcome to upgrade your menu with additional items such as mini burgers or Italian sausages, or look at our menu here.
You may also increase the quantity. Each additional food item costs $5 per person. Just let us know what you’d like to add and we’ll include it in your package.
If the weather does not allow us to cook outdoors, you must provide a covered and safe area where we can operate properly.
Little Naples is not responsible for weather-related issues, delays, or any changes to the setup caused by weather.
If you prefer to cancel due to weather, please refer to our Cancellation Policy in our Terms & Conditions.
We will always do our best to work with you and make everything happen, but please keep in mind that weather conditions may limit what we are able to provide.
Once we start cooking and serving, our service runs continuously — no breaks or pauses. For example, if your event is scheduled to start at 6:00 PM, we will begin at that time and continue serving until all guests are satisfied and full.
We remain at your venue only for the duration of the cooking and serving period. As soon as we see that guests have finished eating, we will begin to pack up — and we will always inform you before doing so.
If you require a service that pauses and restarts at different times, please let us know in advance so we can adjust the pricing accordingly.
If we are asked to start 30 minutes later than the agreed time, an additional charge may apply.
To help us prepare properly, please provide a short video showing:
– Where we should enter the property
– Where you’d like us to set up
– Where you’d like the food to be placed
If a video is not provided, we cannot take responsibility for any issues on the day regarding setup, access, or layout. We also need to assess the distance between the cooking area and the buffet table — if the distance is too long, a waiter will be required to assist with food delivery, and an extra charge will apply.
Little Naples Pizzeria cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free preparation environment. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to fish, shellfish, eggs, milk, tree nuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, wheat, lupin, peanuts, and gluten. These ingredients may be present in our kitchen, and food products may come into contact with allergens during cooking, preparation, and/or serving.
We also cannot guarantee that any vegan products will be completely free from animal products or animal-derived ingredients, as cross-contamination may occur during store operations. Vegan products may contain traces of meat, dairy, or other animal-derived products.
For those with severe food allergies or dietary restrictions, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before consuming our products.
