Upon booking catering services with Little Naples, our team will arrive at your specified location to set up the catering area between *45 to 75 minutes* prior to your event’s start time. Please ensure that the venue is accessible for our setup.

Little Naples will supply the following items for your event:

•⁠ ⁠Plates
•⁠ ⁠Cutlery

Food will be served starting at the time you designate. Our staff will continue to serve until all guests indicate they are satisfied (meaning guests are no longer obtaining the provided food) with the food. Please be advised that we cannot accommodate guests who arrive after the designated start time; our service will not wait for late arrivals.

Little Naples primarily offers a buffet-style food setup. Should you require food to be served by waitstaff, please inquire about this option. Additional charges will apply for the service of waitstaff.

Antipasto:

As a starter, the quantity served will be limited per person based on your selection. If you anticipate needing more than the standard serving, please inform Andrea to arrange for additional pieces at an extra charge.

Pizza:

Pizza will be served until satisfied based on the total number of guests you have booked.

Pasta:

We serve between 120 to 200 grams of pasta per guest, depending on the type chosen. If you are uncertain about your selection, please consult Andrea for assistance.

Dessert:

One dessert piece will be provided for each guest.

Drinks:

The quantity of drinks will be determined based on the package you select. Please ensure you confirm your drink package in advance.

A power supply must be provided by the host at the event location. Please ensure that it is accessible for our equipment and setup needs.

1.⁠ ⁠The host may cancel the event up to 3 weeks before the event date without losing the deposit.
2.⁠ ⁠If the event is canceled 2 weeks before the event date, the deposit will be transferred to a voucher for future use.
3.⁠ ⁠If the event is canceled 7 days or less before the event date, a fee of 25% of the total event cost will be charged to the host.

1.⁠ ⁠Full payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event or agreed with Andrea in writing.
2.⁠ ⁠If full payment is not received within this timeframe, Little Naples reserves the right to cancel the event and charge 50% of the total event cost.

Little Naples Pizzeria cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free preparation environment. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to fish, shellfish, eggs, milk, tree nuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, wheat, lupin, peanuts, and gluten. These ingredients may be present in our kitchen, and food products may come into contact with allergens during cooking, preparation, and/or serving.

We also cannot guarantee that any vegan products will be completely free from animal products or animal-derived ingredients, as cross-contamination may occur during store operations. Vegan products may contain traces of meat, dairy, or other animal-derived products.

For those with severe food allergies or dietary restrictions, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before consuming our products.
